Maintain communication with the rounding physicians. Communicate unresolved issues to the MD at the end of the day. Maintain hospital list and send in billing and scheduling sheets at the end of the day. Coordinate scheduling of inpatient stress test, cardiac cath, and other inpatient and outpatient testing . Provide discharge education and outpatient follow up plan Job Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program at the Masters level. Currently Credentialed by the ANCC (American Nurses Credentialing Center) for Nurse Practitioners Current Virginia State License in good standing. BLS/CPR and ACLS certified.
