You must have a strong work ethic that includes punctuality, organization, and attention to detail, have the ability to maintain a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude, and always maintain an outwardly facing professional appearance. US Fitness provides a fast paced high-energy environment that requires consistent quality of service, therefore, you must be the willing to work flexible hours. The Group Fitness Instructor must have least six months' group Fitness instructor experience (preferred), possess a nationally recognized personal training certification from a US Fitness accepted provider (preferred), and be current with CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications (preferred). Clear diction and acute hearing to communicate during class instruction are required as well as corrected vision close to 20/20 to monitor class.Required ExperienceThe Group Fitness Instructor is responsible for all processes related to class instruction, member satisfaction, and club cleanliness. These processes include (but are not limited to) speaking to members before and after class, maintaining class statistics and records, correctly tracking time and following payroll procedures, and following substitution policies. The Group Fitness Instructor will attend all mandatory meetings and trainings, maintain required certifications, and complete continuing education. The Group Fitness Instructor will assist in cleaning studio areas and report safety, equipment and studio issues to Group Fitness Director or the General Manager. Job Description Kolb Electric is seeking experienced Electrical Field Superintendent for our Commercial Division to join our thriving team. The Commercial Division has projects throughout Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia. In this exciting and rewarding position, the Electrical Field Superintendent will meet work with field foremen, mechanics and apprentices to provide them with the support and training they need to be successful personally and on each and every project. You will work with customers to develop a productive business relationship that benefits all parties and work as a team to deliver the projects on time and on budget.
