And we’d like to invite you to join us.SUMMARYProvide onsite technical support for new provisioning deployments, break-fix for production systems and change management support within all data centers in Dulles facilities to include travel to remote QTS facilities as requested.Data Center technicians provide onsite professional services support to deploy new systems and service existing systems through racking/cabling/troubleshooting of servers, net devices, etc. Provide hands on support to remote teams and customers, support shipping and receiving of hardware, asset audits and other data center support needs as they are assigned.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned.Extensive hands on hardware troubleshooting experience with Dell servers, Cisco and Juniper net devices are desired.Hardware and software configurations and installation of managed products.Create tickets within the established ticketing system to address customer calls, data center facility, network and/or system related alerts.Maintain accurate and detailed logs within the established ticketing system for customer calls and system alerts, as well as for communication and escalation steps taken to ensure prompt resolution of data center facility, network and customer related issues.Install cabinets and customer equipment based on documentation provided by provisioning and established Data Center Operation procedures.Work with customers, other systems engineers, and management to communicate ticket status.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Server+, A+, Net+ and Dell certifications are desired.Experience terminating CAT6 copper cabling and knowledge of multi-mode and single-mode fiber cabling usage.Team orientedCompany DescriptionWithout our Core Values, we would be just another data center company. This specialized position performs multi‐channel emergency and routine consultation assignment for multiple service lines. You are responsible for receiving and prioritizing emergency and routine consultations from clinical facilities. This position monitors, prioritizes and performs physician assignment in a collaborative approach with clinical and other operational support teams.
