Our CS Reps:
● Take incoming calls from customers and provide excellent service
● Process incoming orders and enter notes in the system
● Complete required shipping documents/ paperwork as needed
● Provide price quotes as requested & answer questions on shipping & regulations and more
● Handle incoming calls and deal directly with our couriers in the field
● Dispatch independent contractors and vendors for prompt pickup and deliveries
● Update system with all current and pertinent information
● Monitor packages & shipments to insure arrivals and deadlines are met and more
● Flexibility in scheduling required
● Good knowledge of geography and time zones
● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
● Excellent problem solving skills
● Type at least 30wpm
● Good administration & organizational skills
● The ability to work in a fast paced environment
● Previous experience in customer service or dispatch a plus

The Parts Coordinator is responsible for the full-cycle of parts services from ordering, invoicing, distribution and all relevant paperwork.
This position shall incorporate the Fidelity Mechanical Services’ Vision and Business Strategy by providing “Proactive World Class Service” to the markets served, based on Profitability, Credibility, Employee Base Environment, Customer Service and Quality.
1. Order all parts for the assigned service technicians in the quickest yet most cost effective source.
2. Mark all incoming parts with proper job or ticket number. Put material in proper location for staging. Include a copy of the order sheet with the parts.
3. Be available to back up Service Coordinator / learn the dispatch system (Key2Act).
4. Maintain an accurate record of all parts ordered and be persistent with suppliers for parts that are delayed.
5. Maintain an accurate inventory.
6. Obtain parts pricing for quotes, Price the quotes and type them up to be sent out to the customers. Give completed quotes to Service Manager for review and approval.
7. May pull T&M material as requested for assigned dispatchers.
8. May process and mail off all oil analysis samples
9. Daily check the vehicle mechanics inventory and order in necessary stock.
10. This is an exempt position. Based on the needs of the company you may work in excess of 40 hours per week.
11. Other duties as assigned
